摘要
探讨了小城镇给水排水工程规划中用水定额、比流量计算、排水体制选择等几个问题，认为小城镇给水排水工程规划应贯彻可持续发展原则，立足于小城镇发展现状，着眼于小城镇发展未来。
Abstract Some common issues in water and sewage planning of small towns such as water quota, calculation of specific flowrate and selection of sewage systems are discussed. The author considers that the plan will be formulated conforming to the principle of sustainable development and based on the current situation and future prospect of the planned town.
