Abstract As a land with a big amount of beer production, the brewery wastewater has became one of the biggest pollution sources of organic compounds now in this country. It is very important to treat the beer brewery wastewater to meet the requirement of discharge standard. Five processes of measurable sophistication to treat beer brewery wastewater are recommended and discussed briefly on their advantages and shortcomings.
