80岁以上高龄结直肠癌外科治疗临床探讨

Surgery for colorectal cancer in patients over 80 years

目的探讨80岁以上高龄结直肠癌的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法收集我院2001年1月至2009年6月诊治的85例80岁以上高龄结直肠癌患者临床资料,分析其临床及诊治特点、术后并发症及预后。结果手术率94.12%,根治率80%,术后并发症发生率21.25%,手术死亡率1.25%;1、3、5年生存率分别为61.1%、57.5%、37.5%;52.5%死于肠癌,47.5%死于他病。结论年龄并非高龄结直肠癌患者的手术禁忌,只要加强围手术期处理,可取得较好的近期效果,但远期疗效并不理想。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and surgical methods of elderly patients over 80 years with colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 85 patients over 80 years with colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2001 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The surgical rate and cure rate were 94.12% and 80%,respectively.The postoperative complication rate and the operative mortality were 21.25% and 1.25%,respectively.The 1,3,5 year survival rates were 61.1%,57.5% and 37.5%,respectively.52.5% patients died of colorectal cancer,and 47.5% patients died of other illness.Conclusion Old age is not colorectal cancer surgical operations’ contraindication.As long as take the strong perioperative management,it can achieve a favorable short-term outcomes,but long-term prognosis is not satisfactory.
