高压氧在重度肛周脓肿术后消炎促愈作用

Clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative severe perianal abscess wound healing and anti-inflammatory

目的探讨高压氧治疗(Hyperbaric oxygen Therapy,HBOT)在重度肛周脓肿术后消炎促愈作用。方法将100例重度肛周脓肿患者随机分为两组,同样接受常规临床手术和换药治疗,HBOT组另加高压氧治疗,对照组不加。治疗后将对两组临床疗效进行评价。结果 HBOT组创面渗出、组织水肿消退、切口愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计意义;术后平均创面愈合时间HBOT组为(23±1.2)d,对照组(26±5.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术后配合高压氧治疗,可以有效促进伤口愈合、迅速控制感染、减少炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen on postoperative perianal abscess wound healing.Methods One hundred patients with severe perianal abscess were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Besides with conventional clinical treatment,the experimental group also was treated with HBO.The curative effects of two groups were evaluated.Results Wound healing time in the experimental group （23±1.2 d） was significantly shorter than the control group（26±5.2 d） （P0.01）.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy after operation can effectively promote wound healing in patients with perianal abscess.
