摘要
针对当前硬盘测试工艺中自动化程度低、生产效率低、检测设备不易维护等问题,采用多智能体协同技术对硬盘测试工艺进行了自动化改造,分析了硬盘测试过程中多机器人协同原理,介绍了基于Profibus-DP的硬盘测试多机器人控制系统及控制软件,设计并实现了一种用于硬盘测试的Profibus-DP多机器人协同控制系统。研究结果表明,采用Profibus-DP多机器人协同技术极大地提高了硬盘测试的生产效率。
In view of the current hard disk test craft in the low automaticity,the low efficiency production,the difficult check-out facility to maintain and so on,it analyzes the hard disk during the test multi-robot cooperative principle,introduces the hard disk-based Profibus-DP test multi-robot control system and control software,designs a hard test for Profibus-DP multi-robot collaborative control system. The results show that the Profibus-DP multi-robot coordination techniques greatly improve the productivity of the hard disk test.
