摘要
为了提高卧式两工位双面钻孔组合机床工作效率,减少设备维修工作量,运用三菱PLC技术取代原继电器控制,对传统设备进行了技术改造。在对机床工作过程及控制要求调研的基础上,设计了PLC的I/O接线图和程序梯形图,并逐步分析说明所设计程序的运行功能,经上机模拟调试,运行结果与实际生产要求一致。
To improve the horizontal drilling of 2-station machine tool portfolio efficiency and reduce equipment maintenance workload,it uses Mitsubishi PLC technology to replace the original relay control of traditional equipment for technological transformation,analyzes the work process in the machine tool and control requirements,designs PLCI / O wiring diagrams and ladder program. It describes the design process and analysis of the functions operation about the machine simulation debugging,shows the results consistent with the actual production requirements.
