摘要
研究了锌元素对镁锡合金塑性的影响。实验合金在电阻坩埚炉中熔制,镁合金成分有Sn1~5%和Zn1.0~4.0%,并含适量钙、硅和铅。通过拉伸强度测试和冲击试验,表明合适的锌和锡含量,可使含镁合金的抗拉强度达到190MPa,伸长率可以达到18%,约是AZ91合金的伸长率(6%)的3倍,冲击韧性可达20J/cm2,是AZ91合金冲击韧性(9J/cm2)的2倍多。锌和锡元素的结合对镁合金的力学性能改善有较大的促进作用。
Effect of Zn on performance of Mg-Sn alloy was studied. Mg-Sn alloy (Sn 1%-5%, Pb 0.09%, Ca 0.1%, Si 0.1%, Zn 1.0%-4.0%, Mg for the rest) was melt in an electrical resistance furnace. The test results show that the tensile strength of the Mg-Sn alloys reached 190 MPa. The elongation reached 18%, which was about 3 times of that of AZ91 alloy(6%). The impact toughness of the magnesium alloy reached 20 J/cm^2, which was about 2 times of that of AZ91 alloy(9 J/cm^2). Therefore, combination of Zn and Sn could greatly improve the toughness of magnesium alloys.
