摘要
研究了不同热处理温度对过共晶高铬铸铁4%C-18%Cr-1%Ti(质量分数)的组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,基体中残余奥氏体量提高,而宏观硬度和基体显微硬度均出现先增长后减少的趋势,并均在1000℃出现峰值。在1000℃热处理时,试验的过共晶高铬铸铁获得最佳的硬度和冲击韧性值。
The influence of heat-treatment temperature on the microstructure and properties of hypereutectic high-chromium cast iron,4wt%C-18wt%Cr-1 wt%Ti, was studied. The results show that, with the increase of the heat-treatment temperature, the retained austenite content increased. The bulk hardness and microhardness both increased with the increase of the heat-treatment temperature at first and reached peak values at the destabilization temperature of 1000 ℃, but they all decreased at the temperature of 1050 ℃. At the temperature of 1000℃, the tested hypereutectic high chromium cast iron obtained the highest hardness and impact toughness.
