益气活血口服液治疗急性期老年缺血性中风临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察益气活血口服液对急性期老年缺血性中风病的疗效。方法采用随机对照加均衡法将85例老年缺血性中风患者分为益气活血口服液治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗对照组(对照组),观察其临床疗效,比较2组患者血脂、血糖、纤维蛋白原、血液流变学及超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛等指标的变化。结果治疗组总体疗效及血脂、血糖、全血比粘度和红细胞沉降率下降水平显著优于对照组,且可调整超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛等指标。结论益气活血口服液治疗老年缺血性中风有一定的临床优势。 Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Oral Liquid on ischemia stroke patients of acute stage. Method Eighty-five patients of ischemia stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with Yiqi Huoxue Oral Liquid) and control group (treated with routine therapy). The clinical effect and the changes of blood fat, blood sugar, fibrinogen, hemodynamics, SOD, MDA and NO were observed. Results Yiqi Huoxue Oral Liquid could improve the TCM syndrome, and significantly decrease the level of blood fat, blood sugar, whole blood contrast viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentationrate, also significantly inhibit the release of MDA and NO, improve the level of SOD. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Oral Liquid has clinical advantage in treating ischemia troke in the aged.
