摘要
目的制定妇洁灵洗剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄柏、苦参、蛇床子;采用高效液相色谱法测定苦参碱的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰,苦参碱在0.0218～0.1088mg/mL范围呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.54%。结论该方法准确、重复性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Fujieling Lotion. Method Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fructus Cnidii were identified by TLC. The content of Matrine was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear. The linear range of Matrine was 0.021 8～0.108 8 mg/mL, and the average recovery was 98.4% with RSD=1.54%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible and can control the quality of Fujieling Lotion effectively.
