摘要
采用线栓法和光化学法分别建立局灶性脑缺血-再灌注和局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠,观察聚乙二醇化降纤酶对缺血致脑组织损伤的保护作用及对大鼠行为缺陷的改善作用。结果表明,中、高浓度聚乙二醇化降纤酶(2、4u/kg)和降纤酶(2u/kg)都可显著改善两种模型大鼠的行为学缺陷评分,降低脑坏死百分率。
The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion and focal cerebral ischemia model rats were established by line embolism and photochemical methods,respectively.The protective effect of the PEGylated defibrase against focal cerebral ischemia and improvement of neurological deficits in rats were investigated.The results showed that the middle and high concentration(2,4 u/kg) groups of the PEGylated defibrase and defibrase group(2 u/kg) could significantly improve the neurological deficits of the above two kinds of model rats and decrease the area of cerebral infarction.
