摘要
研究家兔静脉注射环丙沙星(1)后在血液和组织液中的分布以及药动学参数。建立兔组织笼模型,采用HPLC法测定给药后不同时间点家兔血液和组织液的药物浓度,计算药动学参数。静注12mg/kg后,家兔血液、组织液的cmax为(2.68±0.3)和(3.35±0.8)μg/ml;t1/2β为(1.13±0.1)和(1.56±0.7)h;表观分布容积为(1.35±0.5)和(0.50±0.2)L/kg。结果显示1静脉给药后能迅速到达组织液中,药物浓度高,滞留时间长。
The concentrations of ciprofloxacin(CPLX) in rabbit blood and tissue fluid were determined by an HPLC method and the pharmacokinetic parameters after iv injection of 2 mg/ml CPLX were calculated.The rabbit tissue cage model was established.The pharmacokinetic parameters of CPLX in blood and tissue fluid were as follows:cmax(2.68±0.3) and(3.35±0.8) μg/ml,t1/2β(1.13±0.1) and(1.56±0.7) h,apparent volume of distribution(1.35±0.5) and(0.50±0.2) L/kg.The results showed that CPLX could quickly reach a high drug concentration in tissue fluid after iv administration,and retain a long time.
