摘要
以黄鳍金枪鱼眼窝肉为原料,采用超临界CO2法提取眼窝油,并用响应面法对工艺条件进行优化,GC/MS外标法测定眼窝油中DHA的含量。结果表明:超临界CO2法提取眼窝油的优化工艺条件为提取时间185.7 min,提取温度57.8℃,提取压力35.8 MPa,眼窝油提取率为20.2%;眼窝油中DHA的含量为19.6 mg/g,相对总脂肪酸含量为27.1%。眼窝油中DHA含量较高,可用于DHA相关产品的开发。
Supercritical carbon dioxide technology was used to extract orbital oil from the yellowfin tuna(Thunnus albacares),and response surface methodology was applied to optimize parameters of extraction process.Then,the content of DHA in orbital oil was detected by GC/MS.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the extracting time was 185.7 min,the extracting temperature was 57.8℃,the extracting pressure was 35.8 MPa,and the extracting rate of orbital oil was 20.2%.The contents of DHA and relative total fatty acids in orbital oil were 19.6 mg/g and 27.1%,respectively.The content of DHA is very high in orbital oil,so it can be used for the development of related DHA products.
