摘要
利用多体动力学方法建立了基于ADAMS软件平台的双横臂悬架动力学仿真分析模型。采用轮跳方法、加载地面侧向力和纵向力方法,对该悬架系统进行运动学和弹性运动学仿真对比分析,探讨了悬架橡胶衬套弹性对车辆性能的影响。结果表明:多柔体悬架模型对车身的侧倾和纵倾、车轮定位参数等比多刚体悬架模型具有较好的抑制作用,有利于提高汽车操纵稳定性。
Using the method of multi-body dynamics,it established a dynamically analytical model for a Double Wishbone suspension based on ADAMS software platform.The kinematics and elastic kinematics characteristics of the suspension systems were analyzed under the simulation test of parallel wheel travel,loading lateral force and loading longitudinal force,and the effects of elasticity of rubber bushes in the suspension on vehicle performance are studied.The results indicate that the flexible multi-body suspension model can effectively restrain the changing of the wheel orientation,the pitching and rolling of the vehicle than the rigid multi-body suspension model,and can enhance the handling characteristics of the vehicle.
