材质对超高压压裂泵泵头体自增强性能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 以某型号的超高压压裂泵泵头体为研究对象,在改变其材料屈服强度的情况下,对其进行弹性有限元分析,得出其屈服强度和弹性承载能力的内在关系。在此基础上对自增强处理过程进行弹塑性有限元分析,可知提高泵头体的自增强性能应从材料的屈服强度和自增强内压两方面入手。 The pump head of a super high pressure fracturing pump is selected as an object,the e-lastic finite element analysis of which is done with changing the yield strength of the material.Thus the in-herent relationships of the yield strength and bearing capacity is obtained.Then elastic-plastic finite ele-ment analysis of the autofrettaged procedure of the pump head is done.The results of finite element analy-sis are used to draw the conclusion that in order to improve autofrettage properties of the pump head,both yield strength of the material and autofrettaged inside pressure should be considered.
