摘要
针对塑料异型材挤出模中存在大量标准件这一特点,综合利用UG/KF的知识熔接模块以及语言编程法,建立基于知识熔接和数据库的标准件库。并给出了应用实例。解决了标准件的系列化设计以及传统建库过程中无法加入经验控制规则、交互性差等问题。提高了设计效率和质量。
In view of the characteristics of the plastics profile extrusion tooling that there existing a lot of standard parts.a standard part library based on knowledge fusion and database is established by comprehensively utilizing the knowledge fusion modules and language programming method of UG/KF.And a simple example is given out.The problems such as series design of standard parts and how to add rules to the library are solved eventually,and it promotes the design efficiency and quality.
