摘要
针对大吨位吊钩体整体锻造中的困难,在分析吊钩体焊缝在极限工况下强度的基础上,提出了大吨位吊钩体的分段制造技术。分段制造技术通过分别锻造钩身和钩体两段,然后将钩身和钩尖通过焊接技术连接为一体,实现大吨位吊钩体的制造。
It is difficult to forge the whole body of huge hook body for its complex shape and huge volume.In order to overcome these difficulties,the sectional manufacturing technique was proposed on the basis of strength analysis of weld joint on the huge hook body which works on the extreme job status that the hook body and hook-bill are forged separately and then are welded together to a whole body.
