摘要
以一个14米普通重型车床的经济型数控改造项目为基础,介绍了大型设备数控改造项目中出现的一些实际问题的解决方法,包括机床机械部分的改造,数控选型,电气部分的设计,现场布线。还给出了一种大型机床控制信号长距离传输的解决方案。
It is based on the project of economical NC transformation of common heavy Lathe with fourteen meters bed,and focuses on solutions of some practical problems which emerged in the NC trans-formation project of good-sized equipment,such as the original transformation of the mechanical parts of machine tool,CNC Selection,the design of electrical part,field wiring and so on.It presents a solution of long distance transmission of large machine tool＇s control signal.
