摘要
阐述了陶瓷快速成型技术的发展状况及陶瓷零件快速成型机的新工艺流程和特点,对陶瓷零件快速成型机机械系统作了说明,介绍了基于GT400运动控制器的陶瓷零件快速成型机控制系统的硬件和控制系统软件的设计。该控制系统能够很好地满足了系统开放性的要求及产品自动化生产的要求,提高了生产效率。
It analyses the development status of rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic,the technical process and the feature.The basic constitutions of the machine tools about rapid prototyping manufacturing for ceramic parts are described.The design of hardware and software of control system based on GT-400 Series motion controllers is introduced.The control system can satisfy the requirements of open systems and product requirements of automation,improved efficiency.
