摘要
针对液压挖掘机节能问题,提出一种用基于PLC控制器的电控节能系统。以挖掘机中液压泵与发动机功率不匹配为解决源头,利用PLC系统的多兼容性,对挖掘机各重要组成部分进行控制,实时处理各输入输出信号,并将监控信号传至上位机。
Based on the principle of PLC programmer,put forward a new method of saving-energy in power system of hydraulic excavator in the paper.Using the PLC control system to control the important constitutes of hydraulic excavator to solve the problem of power match between engine and pump.And transmit the info to upper block.
