摘要
在大型工件虚拟规划系统中,生产线的平衡优化问题是规划的关键环节。在分析核电机组低压转子原有生产线的局限性和其生产特点的基础上,经过工艺数据录入、计算和比较过程,提出了两种提高生产设备利用率和生产线生产效率的方法,并根据生产线综合性能指标确定了最佳平衡优化方案。优化后的生产线设备平均利用率提高15%,生产线平衡损失率降低22%。
Balance and optimization is the key problem of virtual planning system for large work piece.By analyzing the localization and producing characteristics of the old way,we present two methods of increasing the equipment operating factor and productivity and select the best method by defining the in-dex which shows the general performance of the whole streamline.Under this way,the operating factor in-creased by 15%,and the losing factor decreased by 22%.
