摘要
从自动化控制技术的角度出发,在现有的过滤式除尘设备上,利用流体输送及空气动力学的原理,建立一个基于PLC的自动化控制系统使除尘器的反吹以及耗费人力的清灰过程实现自动化,从而使整个除尘过程完全避免了工人与粉尘积灰接触的可能性,改善了工作环境,避免了粉尘的二次污染,保护环境,节约了企业成本。
Based on automation and control technology,this design builds a PLC-based automatically-controlled system in the existing filter device in the use of fluid transfer and aerodynamic principles,and it will make the anti-draught and deashing process realize an automation so that whole progress completely avoids the possibility that the worker can be in contact with dust.Thus it will improve the working environment,avoid the secondary pollution,protecting environment and save the cost of business to create new economic benefits.
