摘要
某零件主体为焊接结构,具有环形截面较小,细长薄壁,焊缝区域大和切削加工性能差等加工难点。针对上述加工难点,提出了两种细长薄壁管件的加工工艺方案,并进行了方案的对比分析,最终采用涨紧芯轴的加工工艺方案进行细长薄壁管件的外圆加工。结果显示:采用涨紧芯轴能有效增加工件的刚性,解决常规加工过程中产生的变形,进而有效控制工件的尺寸精度和位置精度。
The main part of work piece has difficulty in small ring section,slender thin wall,larg welding zone and bad machining performance,which was welded construction.Two processing technic were proposed and analyzed,and the processing technic of expansional and tightened mandrel was applie to machining slender thin wall pipes for cylindrical turning.The result indicated that the rigidity of wor piece was increased and the generated deforming was also avoided.The dimensional accuracy and posi tional accuracy of work piece were effectively controlled by expansional and tightened mandrel.
