摘要
甲氧苄啶和诺氟沙星的激发和发射光谱重叠比较严重,在△λ=150 nm处对其进行恒波长同步荧光分光光度法扫描。所测定的实验数据用化学计量学中的偏最小二乘法(PLS)和主成分回归法(PCR)处理,并将主成分回归法用于药品的测定,结果满意。甲氧苄啶(TMP)和诺氟沙星(NOR)的线性范围分别为0.04~0.32 mg/L和0.01~0.08 mg/L,检出限分别为10.4μg/L和1.1μg/L。
The constant-wavelength synchronous excitation and emission spectra(△λ=150 nm) of trimethoprim and norfloxacin were measured.It was found that the spectra were seriously overlapped,and it is difficult to determine these two compounds simultaneously.In this paper,the chemometrics,such as partial least squares(PLS) and principal components regression(PCR) were applied to resolve the overlapped spectra and determine these two compounds in pharmaceutical sample.Satisfied quantitative results were attained.The linear ranges were 0.04~0.32mg/L and 0.01~0.08mg/L for Trimethoprim and Nnorfloxacin,respectively.The limits of detection were 10.4 μg/L and 1.1 μg/L for them,respectively.
