Developing Low-Carbon Tourism Economy

低碳经济自20世纪末出现后,很快风靡于全世界,旅游业应主动寻求在低碳经济发展中的作用。按照国家旅游局的规划,到2020年,中国旅游总收入将达到46 433亿元,相当于GDP的7%,旅游业将成为国民经济的支柱产业。如若仍按照常规的生态旅游方式运作,必将产生很多弊端。而低碳旅游就是采用低碳经济的理念,以低耗能、低污染为基础的绿色旅游,比生态旅游具有更丰富而且明确的内涵,从对旅游资源的规划开发到对旅游全过程的"六大"要素,都要体现节约能源、降低污染。这是建设全人类和谐社会、生态文明进步的重要磐石。

Low-carbon economy has commenced in the end of 20th century,and soon prevailed the whole world,so the tourism industry should take the initiative to seek an important role of developing low-carbon economy.In accordance with the planning of the National Tourism Administration,by 2010,China＇s total tourism revenue will reach 46 433 trillion yuan,equivalent to 7% of GDP.Tourism will become a pillar industry in the national economy.If we still operate it by the traditional eco-tourism mode,many disadvantages would be emerged.The low-carbon tourism is to adopt the concept of low-carbon economy,low-energy consuming and low pollution based on green tourism.Comparing with the eco-tourism,it has more abundant and explicit content.As from the planning and development of tourism resources to the whole process of tourism ＂six＂ elements,it must embody the energy conservation and reduce pollution.This is the important rock to build a harmonious society of all mankind and push the progress of the ecological civilization.
