摘要
从相机抉择到通货膨胀目标制,现代货币政策规则经历了复杂的路径演变过程。西方国家不同时期所采用的货币规则,反映出人们对宏观经济的微观基础有了越来越深刻的理解,并因此增强了货币政策主动调节的灵活性和适用性。目前西方国家所采用的通货膨胀目标制正是人们对宏观经济的微观基础认识深化的结果,对中国货币政策规则选择有很大的启发性。
From Discretion to Inflation targeting,this paper clarifies the complicated path of modern monetary policy rules.By analyzing the rules adopted by west countries in different period,it basically reflected the fact that people more and more realize the impotance of the micro-basis and improve the quickness and appliance of automatic adjustment.Then we found it is the result of more understanding of micro-basis of macroeconomy to adopt the Inflation targeting,and has greatly inspired us to make choices.
