摘要
根据比例电磁铁的工作原理和特点,设计出一种结构紧凑、调整方便的电液比例控制器,介绍其电源电路,斜坡电路、电流调节电路、PWM及功效电路的设计。经仿真及制版测试表明,该电液比例控制器具有功耗小、控制精度高、温度漂移低等优点。
Based on the operating principle and characteristic of ratio electromagnet, a new type of electro-hydraulic proportion controller was developed. The power circuit, slope circuit, current adjusting circuit, PWM and power magnifying circuit were designed. The stimulation and test results show the controller has some advantages, such as low power consumption, high repeatability precision and low temperature drift.
