摘要 对机械反馈式舵机伺服调节器系统进行建模仿真,得到在伺服阀关闭瞬间,执行缸高压腔、伺服阀口等处的水击压力曲线,分析比较不同管径、管长、油液弹性模量以及油液运动黏度对执行缸高压腔水击的影响。仿真研究对实际系统的设计、管材选择和充分认识系统动态特性等都具有工程实际意义,同时,仿真计算提高了系统建模的工作效率,降低了相关成本。 Modeling and simulation of the mechanical feedback servo regulator were made. The water hammer curves of the high pressure cavity were obtained at the suddenly close of the servo valve. The influences of the changes of key factors, such as pipe diameter, pipe length, bulk modulus and kinematic viscosity of hydraulic oil, on water hammer were analyzed. It is useful to designing servo regulator system, selecting pipe material and holding the system dynamic characteristics. The simulation is efficient to modelling system and can reduce the cost.
