摘要
对带有高速开关阀的先导式电/气比例阀压力控制系统进行研究,根据阀的物理结构和动作原理建立了该系统的数学模型,并且采用Simulink对其进行了仿真,通过仿真和实验结果的对比,验证了所建立的数学模型的正确性,另一方面也分析了对系统的动态响应特性造成影响的因素。从理论上对如何进一步改善其动态响应特性提出了建议,为进一步优化控制算法、改善系统动态响应提供了依据。
The pressure control system of proportional pressure valve with high speed pilot switches was studied. The mathematical model was established according to valve's physical structure and action principle, and simulated in Simulink. The comparison of simulation and experimental results verified the mathematical model is correct. The factors that may impact the dynamic response characteristics of the system were analyzed. Recommendations on how to improve the dynamic response characteristics were made theoretically, which laid the foundation to further optimize the control algorithms and to improve the system dynamic response characteristics.
