摘要
固体和液体相对运动时,由于电气二重性作用,二者携带符号相反的电荷。当液体在流动过程中,电荷的发生和缓和同时存在。液压油为高阻抗的液体,在其传动过程中同样会产生流动带电现象。通过液压系统中的流动带电现象的实验,指出在液压系统中存在着多处流动带电现象,尤其是纸质滤芯产生的流动带电量较大,在系统设计中必须引起关注。
When a relative motion occurring between liquid and solid, electric charges with opposite signs come out separately on each side because of electrical duality. In the process of liquid flow, the charges'occurrence and ease both exist. Hydraulic oil is high impedance fluid, so flow electrification phenomena will also occur in the course of transmission. The experiments of flow electrification were made. The results indicate that there are many phenomena of flow electrification in the hydraulic system, especially the electric quantity of paper filter is big, which should be concerned in the system design.
