摘要
针对60万吨油页岩炼油中试装置,通过分析循环流化床锅炉的工艺特点,结合油页岩炼油工艺要求,对此装置进行了DCS系统的设计.设计的DCS系统提高了系统的安全性和稳定性,达到平稳生产、节能降耗的控制要求,能实现自动打印历史数据,自动报警.对加速采用油页岩流化干馏炼油技术的科研成果,实现产业化,合理利用油页岩具有一定的意义.
By analyzing the technological characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler,combining with oil shale refining process requirements,the DCS system of pilot plant of 60 million tons oil shale project is designed.The DCS can realize historical data automatic printing,automatic alarm,improve system security and stability,and reach the control requirements of smooth production and energy saving.It has certain significance to accelerate the technology of the scientific research of pulverized oil shale retorting in fluidized-bed,industrialization of this technology,and the rational use of oil shale.
