摘要
为了增强运动控制系统的通用性和可移植性,实现速度、位置、转矩的精确控制,采用TMS320F2812作为控制板核心处理器,结合点胶应用,构建一套三轴自动化点胶运动控制系统.利用空间坐标变换的方法,把三维空间轨迹转化成二维平面轨迹,然后采用数据采样插补算法对平面圆弧进行插补计算,最后进行逆变换把结果转化到空间对应的进给数据.仿真和实际运行结果表明,该系统工作稳定,插补精确度高,满足工业要求.
In order to enhance the versatility and portability of the motion control system and achieve precise control of speed,location and torque,adopting TMS320F2812 as the core processor of the control panel,and combining with the dispensing applications,we build a set of three-axis automation dispensing motion control system.Using the space coordinates transformation method to convert the three-dimensional trajectory into two-dimensional plane trajectory,we do the interpolation computation by interpolation algorithm based on data sampling in plane,and finally transform the results into corresponding entry data of space.The simulation and practical operation results show that the system works stably and had high interpolation precision,so it can meet industry requirements.
