摘要
主要阐述了全自动生化分析仪的光谱分析电路设计。通过分析和讨论放大电路的噪声特性和稳定性问题,结合核心电路前置放大器的设计,详细说明放大电路噪声如何抑制以及光电管、运放电路和RC反馈网络元件参数如何选择;同时引入数字信号处理方法对输出信号进行量化处理,并由计算机进行高级分析处理。这种方法很好地解决了通用仪器难于检测微弱信号的技术不足。
This paper describes the design of spectrum analysis circuit for fully automatic chemistry analyzer. Through discussing on noise and stability of amplifer, with the design of pre-amplifier for core circuit, the paper gives the details of how to inhibit the noise and how to choose the parameters of phototube, op amps and RC components. DSP method is introduced to quantify the output signal, and advanced analysis for such signals is performed by computer. The proposed method excellently solves the technical problem that common instrument is difficult to detect weak signal.
