铁之缘片改善妊娠期缺铁性贫血的实验研究

The empirical study of amelioration of TIE ZHI YUAN PIAN and Ferrous Sulfate to gravidic iron deficiency anemia

目的探讨铁之缘片与硫酸亚铁治疗孕晚期妇女缺铁性贫血的效果。方法 2008年8月至2009年2月我院确诊为妊娠期缺铁性贫血的患者110例随机分为两组,实验组服用铁之缘片,每次4片,每日3次,连服30 d;对照组服用硫酸亚铁片,每次0.3 g,每日3次,连服30 d。于治疗前后监测红蛋白、血清蛋白、红细胞内游离原卟啉含量以及妊娠B超。结果实验组的受试者,其血红蛋白含量由(101.6±8.34)g/L上升到(123.0±10.2)g/L,平均升高了(21.4±2.83)g/L,(实验前后配对t检验P<0.01,试验后对照组t检验P<0.01);红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)的含量由(722.9±70.3)ug/L,下降为(445.1±5.76)ug/L,(实验前后配对t检验P<0.01,实验后与对照组t检验P<0.01)。结论铁之缘片具有明显改善妊娠期缺铁性贫血的作用,并对受试者母儿健康无不良影响。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of TIE ZHI YUAN PIAN and Ferrous Sulfate to the iron deficiency anemia women of late trimester of pregnancy.Methods 110 women who were finally diagnosed as gravidic iron deficiency anemia in our hospital from the 8 month of 2008 year to the 2 month of 2009 year were randomly divided into two groups：one group people take medicine of TIE ZHI YUAN PIAN,4 tablets every time,3 times one day,continuing taking 30 days.Another group people take medicine of Ferrous Sulfate,4 tablets every time,3 times one day,continuing taking 30 days.The hemoglobin、serum ferritin、content of free protoporphyrin in erythrocytes and B transonogram were monitored before and after the treatment.Results The hemoglobin contents ascensused from（101.6±8.34）gram/liter to（123.0±10.2） gram/liter in the subjects of experimental group,advancing（21.4 ± 2.83）gram/liter averagely（before and after experiment,paired t-test P0.01,after experiment,control group t test P0.01）;The content of free protoporphyrin in erythrocytes decreased from（722.9±70.3） micro-gram/ liter to（445.1±5.76） micro-gram/liter in the subjects of experimental group,（before and after experiment,paired t-test P0.01,after experiment,control group t test P0.01）.Conclusion TIE ZHI YUAN PIAN obviously improve iron deficiency anemia in gestational period,having no harmful effects to health of the embryo and pregnant women.
