摘要
目的观察局部热疗、化疗、放疗综合治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法将2003年12月至2005年11月间120例临床Ⅱ、Ⅲ期宫颈癌患者随机分成单纯放疗组(A)、热放疗组(B)、放化疗组(C)、热放化疗组(D),观察其近期疗效及3年内局部复发情况,并统计1、3年生存率。结果治疗结束时完全缓解率CR分别是单纯放疗组(A)56.7%、热放疗组(B)66.7%、放化疗组(C)60.0%、热放化疗组(D)93.3%,近期疗效热放化疗组(D)与其它3组之间两两比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),A、B、C3组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3年内局部复发率分别为:A:50.0%、B:40.0%、C:36.7%、D:10.0%,D组与其它3组之间两两比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C 3组之间两两比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3年生存率分别为:A:50.0%、B:60.0%、C:50.0%、D:86.7%,D组与其它3组之间两两比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C 3组之间两两比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部热化放综合治疗晚期宫颈癌可提高其近期疗效及3年生存率。
Objective To observe the local hyperthermia,chemotherapy,radiotherapy treatment of advanced cervical cancer a comprehensive clinical.Methods From December 2003-November 2005,one hundred and twenty patients with stageⅡb Ⅲb cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into four groups:radiotherapy alone group(A),Hyperthmo-radiotherapy group(B),Radio-chemotheraphy group(C),Hyperthmo-radio-chemotherapy group(D).The short-term effects,local recurrence and 1,3-year survical rate were assessed.Results After treatment,the CR of the Group radiotherapy alone group(A) 56.7%,Hyperthmo-radiotherapy group(B) 66.7%,Radio-chemotheraphy(C) 60.0%,Hyperthmo-radio-chemotherapy(D) 93.3%,The short-term effects of Group D was the best among these groups(P0.05),and the effects of the other three groups were similar(P 0.05).The local recurrence rates in three years were: A: 15(50.0%),B:12(40.0%),C:11(36.7%),D:3(10.0%),The local recurrence rates of D group was a significant difference(P0.05),the other three groups were similar(P 0.05).The 3-year survival rates were: A: 15(50.0%),B: 18(60.0%),C:15(50.0%),D:26(86.7%).The 3-year survival rates of D group was a significant difference(P0.05),the other three groups showed no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermo-radio-chemotherapy has a better short-term curative response for carcinoma of the cervix,and it can improve the 3-year survival rate.
