肝脏占位肿瘤增强CT扫描的临床应用

Clinical analysis about enhanced CT scan of the liver occupying tumor

目的探讨肝脏的良性占位性病变CT临床诊断,避免恶性病变误诊。方法对20例经手术病理证实的肝脏良性占位性病变的螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描进行回顾性分析。结果 20例中,肝细胞腺瘤10例、炎性假瘤5例、肝局限性结节增生5例,术前全部被误诊为肝癌。结论 CT增强扫描对发现肝脏良性占位性病灶有较高价值,定性诊断的准确性有待进一步提高。

Objective To explore clinical diagnosis of the benign liver occupying lesions by CT,avoid the misdiagnosis of the malignant lesions.Methods It was analyzed retrospectively between plain CT scan and enhancement scanning through the confirmation about 20 patients’ postsurgical pathology proved of benign liver occupying lesions.Results A total of 20 cases,10 cases were liver cell adenoma,5 cases were inflammatory pseudotumor,5 cases were liver Focal Nodular hyperplasia,all of preoperative diagnosed results were diagnostic errors as liver cancer.Conclusion It was valuable to detect benign liver occupying lesions by enhance CT scan,the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis would be improved step by step.
