垂体无功能腺瘤术后患者生长激素水平及生活质量和心理状态分析

Assess postoperative growth hormone level and quality of life in patients with pituitary adenoma patients

目的考察垂体无功能腺瘤术后生长激素(Growth hormone,GH)是否缺乏,缺乏患者的生活质量及心理状态。方法对垂体无功能腺瘤术后符合初选标准患者行胰岛素耐量试验(Insulin tolerant test,ITT)评定GH水平。选取GH缺乏患者入组试验。采用成人生长激素缺乏患者生活质量量表QOL-AGHDA(Holmes et al,1995)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)及Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对符合入选标准的垂体无功能腺瘤术后GH缺乏患者(A组)及35名健康自愿者(B组)进行评定。结果垂体无功能腺瘤术后患者GH明显缺乏,A组的生活质量总分明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而SAS及SDS评分则均高于对照组,且焦虑评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体无功能腺瘤术后患者GH多呈缺乏状态,GH缺乏患者的生活质量较差,焦虑、抑郁情绪明显。

Objective To assess the postoperative growth hormone levels of the non-functioning pituitary adenoma patients,and analyze the relationship of the quality of life and the emotion of anxiety and depression in patients with growth hormone deficiency.Methods To assess the levels of growth hormone in patients with postoperative non-functional pituitary adenoma patients by insulin tolerance test.The patients selected into the group（A-group） of trials and the healthy volunteers（B group） were investigated with QOL-AGHDA,SAS and SDS.Results The GH level in the most patients selectefd into trial apparent deficiency.the quality of life total score in A-group was significantly higher than the B group（P 0.01）,while the SAS and the SDS score were higher.Conclusion The most of the postoperative non-functional pituitary adenoma patients show GH deficiency.and with poor quality of life.the emotion of anxiety and depression was significant.
