摘要 针对现有的家用和类似用途电器的温升检测技术,引入光学图像以增强红外图像的可视性,从而建立了一套运用红外热像仪对电器可触及表面温升进行检测的方法。实验结果表明,红外测温方法比传统的热电偶测温方法效率高、自动化程度高、数据实时性好。 Based on the existing temperature rise testing technology for domestic appliances and appliances for similar usage, by studying the effects to the result of infrared temperature measurement caused by extraneous factors, and bringing in optical images to improve the visuality of infrared picture, a series of methods using thermal infrared image to test the touchable surface temperature rise of appliances are established. The result of the experiment shows that infrared temperature measurement is more efficient, automatic than traditional thermocouple temperature measurement, and the time-effectiveness of the data is also better.
