基于BP神经网络预测制造企业安全库存的研究

The Study on Safety Stock of Manufacturing Enterprise Based on Application of BP Neural Network

设置安全库存的目的在于预防需求或供应方面不可预料的波动,避免造成生产或供应中断。运用BP神经网络建立R公司原材料安全库存预测模型,再进行Matlab函数仿真,从人工智能的角度预测原材料库存,从而减少企业库存,降低企业制造成本,提高竞争力。

The intent of safety stock is to buffer the variation of demand or supply, to avoid the interruption of production and supply. This study apply BP neural network to structure forecast model of raw material safety stock of R company, and apply simulation of Matlab to predicate the safety stock of raw material using artificial intelligence. Consequently, the application of the method is contribute to reduce safety stock, minimize manufacturing cost and make the enterprise more competitive.
