基于虚拟样机的UUV发动机动力学仿真研究

摘要 应用UG软件采用自下而上的建模方式建立了UUV发动机的简化模型,并导入ADAMS软件中生成虚拟样机模型,并对模型进行检验,仿真得到发动机关键部件在设计工况下的受力情况,然后基于有限元法,联合ANSYS/Ls_dyna对主要零件进行了强度校核,并对凸轮-内轴部件进行了谐响应分析。仿真结果表明该方法实用可行,有利于降低物理样机开发成本,并为UUV发动机的设计和优化改进提供了指导和依据。 The dynamic simulation of engine for UUV is performed in ADAMS and UG. First, a simplified model of the engine is established by using UG through down-top design method, and imported into ADAMS to create a virtual prototype, which is followed by the validation using relevant engine test. Second, the forces between key components in design complexion are provided through dynamic analysis. Third, the strength of key components is checked by ANSYS/Ls dyna, thus, the harmonic response of cam&inside substructure axis is analysised by using method of finite element method and ANSYS. The simulation results illustrate that this method has practicality and benefits to reduce development cost of the engine, and a modern way for the design and improvement of UUV engine system has also been provided.
