摘要
采用AT89S52单片机为步进电机控制器,输出三路控制信号:方向信号、使能信号和PWM波。通过RS232实现控制器与PC机的通信,并采用TA8435H做步进电机驱动芯片,通过调节PWM占空比控制电机转速。
In this design, step motor is controller by AT89S52 single-chip which output three-way control signals: the direction of the signal, enable signal and PWM wave. It realizes data communications between PC and single-chip microcomputer by using RS232. Using TA8435H chip to achieve the step motor-driven, motor speed can be controlled by adjusting the PWM duty cycle. The performance of the system has a certain reference value to the design of movement control system of the precision workstations.
