电子信息产业的快速发展,正逐步成为南通在新世纪实现跨越发展的重要推动力。文章阐述了南通市电子信息产业的发展现状及产业布局分散、层次不高、整体科技创新能力不强等制约因素,进而提出了相应的对策与措施。

The rapid growth of the electroni c information industry just become the important impetus for achieving the leapfrog development during the new century of Nantong.In this paper,it describe the development status of Nantong electronic information industry and point out the restrict factors such as the industrial distribution is too spread out,level is not high,overall scientific and technological innovation is not strong etc.,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
