高职院校新校区学生管理工作的问题与对策

The Probkms and Strategies of the Student Management In the New Campus of the Vocational College

高职院校通过建立新校区解决扩招后教学资源不足矛盾的同时,由于时空距离的制约,给学生管理工作带来了诸如安全、管理等一系列的新问题。针对这些问题,结合高职院校学生的特点,从提高新校区管理队伍素质、确保校园安全稳定、占领思想教育阵地、关注学生心理健康和加强校园文化建设等五个方面,提出了相应的对策。

With the popularization of higher education,the vocational colleges to address the enrollment size of the school to expand upon the existing infrastructure conditions and lack of contradiction,one after another campus expansion,the students bring new challenges to management.This article focuses on those problems and puts foword five thinking of strengthening the team construction,maintenance of the campus and stability,strengthen the psychological education,build campus culture,and student management.
