Optimization Model & Program for the Conference Preparations

根据往届与会情况,运用比例方法预估实际与会人数,然后以宾馆数量为目标函数,以与会人员的住房要求为约束条件,运用LINGO软件求解,得到最少的宾馆数;考虑租借会议室的方案,按费用最少建立目标函数,同时要能容纳与会人数,运用LINGO软件求解得到结果;考虑接送代表,根据大多数代表回执要求分配宾馆入住,由入住人数确定乘车人数,以租车费用为目标,得到费用最小的租车方案。

According to the information of the previous meetings,and with the method of proportion estimate the actual number of the participants,taking the hotel quantity as the objective function,the accommodation requirements of the participants as the constraint condition,and by using the LINGO software,obtained the least number of hotel;consider the renting program of the meeting room,set up the objective function of the least-cost while all the participants could be hold,obtained the results by using the LINGO software;and consider the number of the person who need to take the car which determined by the checking number according to the receipts of the most participants,taking the car rental fees as the objective function,obtained the car rental program of the least-cost.
