摘要
以P-110S圆锥管螺纹联接为计算实例,利用ABAQUS大型有限元分析软件,建立了圆锥管套管接头的弹塑性轴对称接触有限元模型.通过有限元分析得到了套管接头在不同的使用工况(包括过盈、施加轴向拉伸载荷等)下螺纹牙整体的应力分布规律;同时以圆锥管螺纹接触齿面为研究对象,得到了螺纹牙导向面和承载面上从齿顶到齿根的应力分布趋势.
Taking P-110S conic threaded connections as a calculating example and using the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS,a finite element model with elastic-plastic axisymmetric contact problem was established.By use of the finite element analysis,the stress distribution on thread teeth was analyzed under different kinds of conditions,such as interference fit and make-up with tensile load process.And taking the contact teeth surface as research object,the stress distribution from teeth top to teeth root on oriented and loading flank was obtained.
