摘要
本文概述了国内外对甘薯功能性成分的研究进展,对甘薯功能性成分的种类及功能进行了详细的叙述,并对甘薯的深加工作了展望.
The research progress of functional ingredients on sweet potato was summarized in this paper and the types and functions of the functional ingredients were described detailly.The feasibility of further research was also discussed.
