经尿道等离子体双极汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生152例疗效观察

目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的安全性和疗效。方法对我院经尿道等离子双极汽化电切治疗前列腺增生152例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果术中、术后出血少,术中无邻近器官损伤,无电切综合征发生。术后随访6月～1年,排尿困难症状消失140例,8例症状有所改善,3例无变化。最大尿流率由术前平均8.7ml/s上升到术后平均18.9ml/s.IPSS由术前平均24.5分降到术后平均10.5分。假性尿失禁3例,术后括约肌功能锻练2月后,尿控恢复正常。结论经尿道等离子双极汽化电切治疗前列腺增生具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效可靠的优势。

Objective To discuss the safety and curative effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods An analysis was made to the clinical data of 152 cases with prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral plasmakinetic resection.Results There was less bleeding in or after operation,no injury to neighboring organs was caused in operation;no transurethral resection syndrome occurred;post-operative follow-up lasted from 6 months to 1 year,140 cases had no more symptoms of dysuria,8 cases had symptom improvement while 3 cases had no change;the mean maximum urine flow rate rose up from 8.7ml/s pre-operation to 18.9ml/s post-operation while the mean score of IPSS dropped down from 24.5 pre-operation to 10.5 post-operation;3 cases had false incontinence and their urinary control returned to normal after post-operative exercises of sphincter for 2 months.Conclusions Transurethral plasmakinetic resection is of high safety,less complications and stable curative effect in treating patients with prostatic hyperplasia.
