匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Pidotimod Combined with Valaciclovir on Herpes Zoster

目的观察匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法 116例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,观察组72例每日予盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊0.3 bid同时予匹多莫德片0.8g bid共7天;对照组44例每日予盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊0.3 bid共7天。结果观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组的平均止疱时间、止痛时间、结痂时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),且无后遗神经痛发生。结论匹多莫德联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹比单用伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效更快、疗程更短、疗效更好。

Objective To observe the curative effect of pidotimod combined with valaciclovir on herpes zoster.Methods 116 cases with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group（n=72） and control group（n=44）;valaciclovir hudrochloride capsules of 0.3g once,twice a day,were given to patients in both groups while pidotimod tablets of 0.8g once,twice a day were added to patients in observation group;the course of both groups lasted for 7 days.Results The total effective rate in observation group was much superior to that in control group（P〈0.01）;the average time of blister elimination,analgesia and incrustation in observation group was much shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and no post herpetic neuralgia occurred in observation group.Conclusions Pidotimod combined with valaciclovir is of quicker effect-taking,shorter course and better effect in treating herpes zoster.
