摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法回顾38例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,对非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床特点、诊断、治疗等进行分析总结。结果全部患者随访6个月～4年,全部治愈,均未出现复发。结论根据病情选择适当的鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎可获得满意疗效,减少术后复发。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of treating non-invasive fungal nasosinusitis by nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods The clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of non-invasive fungal nasosinusitis were discussed in 38 cases.Results After a 6-month-to-4-year follow-up,all of the patients were cured.Conclusions The treatment of non-invasive fungal nasosinusitis by appropriate nasal endoscopic surgery according to the patient＇s condition can produce a satisfactory curative effect and reduce its recurrence.
