中药配合心理及饮食护理治疗带状疱疹疼痛70例疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Medicine Coordinated with Special Psychological and Diet Nursing in Treating Herpes Zoster

目的观察中药配合特殊的心理、饮食护理治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察。方法将70例带状疱疹患者随机分成两组。对照组35例,予阿昔洛韦片剂(四川珍珠制药有限公司)口服,并给予基础护理。治疗组35例,桃仁、红花、柴胡、丹参、当归、蜈蚣、延胡索、甘草等8味中药,同时在进行基础护理的基础上做针对疼痛的心理护理及饮食护理。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为:100%、76%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中药配合特殊的心理护理和饮食护理对带状疱疹的治疗具有非常显著的疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine coordinated with special psychological and diet nursing in treating herpes zoster.Methods 70 patients with herpes zoster were equally divided into 2 groups：observation groups and control group.Aciclovir tablets were administered orally and basic nursing was given in the control group and a formula including peach seeds,safflower,Chinese thorowax root,dan-shen root,Chinese angelica root,centipede,yanhusuo rhizome and Licorice root and psychological and diet nursing based on the basic nursing at the same tine in the bosevation group.Methods The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 76% in the conrrol group.There was a significant difference in statistics between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Chinese herbal medicine coordinated with special psychological and diet nursing exerts a very obvious effect on herpes zoster. Results herpes zoster taditional Chinese medicine nursing
